BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees consists of five parent representatives elected by parents of the school, a staff representative elected by the staff and the principal. The Board is elected for a three year term.
The Arrowtown School Board of Trustees meets monthly. Meeting dates and times are publicised through school newsletters. Parents are welcome to attend these meetings. Correspondence to the Board should be at school no later than three school days before a Board meeting.

PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION
The Arrowtown Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a group of parents who provide an important lnk between the school administration and the parents, providing a voice for parents concerns and feedback.
Our aim is to encourage family involvement in the schools social and fundraising activities.
Our fundraising efforts provide important funding to the school for such things as; classroom equipment, school camps, sports equipment and uniforms.
The PTA meets every month and all parents are welcome to attend. The minutes of these meetings are available at the school office and will also be posted on the school's website.
If parents are unable to attend meetings the PTA holds a list of willing helpers for any activities that require parent involvement. For more information about the PTA please contact the school office, who will provide you with a PTA phone contact.
